AVAlution is a custom-fit program of wellness services tailored precisely to one’s unique needs and aimed to improve physical and emotional health,

and overall life outlook.

In my complex body-mind approach, I combine Western practicality and Eastern wisdom. Along with the experience as a personal trainer, knowledge

of anatomy and behavior change, I rely on the intelligence of yoga and Ayurveda, an ancient holistic medicine.

Some of us are born to be strong; some of us are born to be fast. We all different and have different requirements for physical activity, rest and nutrition.

By determining what your body needs (and doesn't need), we'll find out what exercise routine will benefit you the best.  Knowing our true physical capabilities and listening to our body is the key to sustainable change and a long life in good health.

The body and mind are inextricably connected, and nothing has more power to heal and transform the body than the mind.  It is our mindset and the way we perceive stress in our lives that determines whether challenges derail our plans or make us stronger. Stress is the most common reason why people abandon their behavior change plans. Together we determine your stressors, learn how to manage them, and explore mindfulness techniques to unwind and recharge. We will find a new perspective to look at circumstances and build a resilient mind. 

 

Your goals.

Often the best intentions and resolutions fail if they are based on what someone else told us to do or society's standards. It’s like putting the wrong size shoes on – they will never going to fit and end up thrown away. Let’s get SMART about our goals. Are they specific, measurable, achievable, relevant and time-bound?  When goals are attainable and meaningful to us, we have a greater chance of success. It can still be a bumpy road, but it allows us to grow and learn from our mistakes. Failure is never the opposite of success; it is a part of it.
